Gol Kanon Eco Resort can be found in West Dhangmari, which is close to Mongla Port and only a thirty-minute drive away. The eco-lodge is located on the banks of the Posur River, and it has an amazing view of Sundarban, which is just across the river. Gol Kanon Eco Resort is a special kind of resort because it's part of a community-based effort called Ecotourism. This project was created by Relief International, and its goal is to help the local people by providing sustainable jobs and income while also supporting conservation efforts and ecotourism.

Experience the wonders of Sundarban, the largest mangrove forest in the world, and help support ecotourism and animal conservation efforts. Take a trip to Karamjol and Harbariya, two special areas in Sundarban known for their incredible animal sightings. Stay with a local family in the heart of Sundarban, and rest easy knowing we have security measures in place. Indulge in delicious local cuisine and immerse yourself in cultural programs that will leave you amazed.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 01:

Begin your adventure by taking a boat across the Posur river, followed by local transportation to reach Gol Kanon Eco Cottage. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with flowers and refreshing coconut water by the local communities. Enjoy a breakfast consisting of 4-5 local food items, and later, savor a lunch of delicious local fish dishes and at least 7-8 exotic local food items. Take a silent boat trip to explore the canals and enjoy a small walking expedition, guided by the locals. Snacks will be provided during the boat trip, and dinner will feature 7-8 local food items. Spend the night at the ECO Cottage.

Day 02:

Wake up to breakfast with local food items, such as eggs, roti, vegetables, dal, and fruits. End your boat trip, and our staff will drop you off at Mongla port.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a tour, please send an email to hi.travelbd@gmail.com with the tour booking ID and details of the cancellation. The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation. The email will be considered as the final application for cancellation. Please note that a phone call to the Travel Bangladesh hotline number or any other team member of Travel Bangladesh will not be considered as a request for cancellation.

Refund Policy:

The following refund policy applies to bookings that are canceled:

-Full refund if the booking is canceled at least seven (7-15) days prior to the start of the experiences/tours.

-Eighty percent (80%) refund if the booking is canceled five (5-7) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.

-Fifty percent (50%) refund if the booking is canceled one to three (3) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.

-No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than fourty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the experience/tour.

Please note that all refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven (7) working days.
