Tour Itinerary:

Day 01:

Start your luxurious Promodini Houseboat experience by boarding at the designated location. Our skilled speedboat driver will pick you up from the Tobolchori Ghat.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and lunch served on board while taking in the beautiful views of Kaptai Lake.

Take a kayaking trip to Berannye Lakeshore Cafe, an experience you'll never forget.

Relax to the soothing live music and snacks provided in the evening before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.

Day 02:

you'll start your morning with a delicious breakfast served on the houseboat while enjoying the calm waters of the lake. The day's itinerary includes a visit to the picturesque Shubholong waterfalls, the golden temple, and the well-kept Polwel Park. You'll also get to have a traditional lunch at the Chang Pang Restaurant, located on an island in the middle of Kaptai Lake.

After experiencing two days of the luxurious Promodini Boat Life Experience, guests will be dropped off at Tobolchori Ghat, bringing an end to a truly unforgettable journey.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a tour, please send an email to hi.travelbd@gmail.com with the tour booking ID and details of the cancellation. The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation. The email will be considered as the final application for cancellation. Please note that a phone call to the Travel Bangladesh hotline number or any other team member of Travel Bangladesh will not be considered as a request for cancellation.

Refund Policy:

The following refund policy applies to bookings that are canceled:

-Full refund if the booking is canceled at least seven (7-15) days prior to the start of the experiences/tours.

-Eighty percent (80%) refund if the booking is canceled five (5-7) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.

-Fifty percent (50%) refund if the booking is canceled one to three (3) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.

-No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than fourty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the experience/tour.

Please note that all refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven (7) working days.
