Tour Itinerary:
Day 01:
Experience the best of Kaptai Lake with Mawrum Houseboat Experience on day one. After arriving at the pickup location, you will board the Mawrum Houseboat and be greeted by our speedboat driver. You'll start the day with a delicious breakfast, served after freshening up. Lunch will be served after visiting some sightseeing places. Enjoy snacks and local music by musicians on the boat in the evening. Dinner will be served at Mawrum resort, and you will spend the night there. Explore the Chakma Rajbari, Bir Shrestha Munshi Abdur Rauf Memorial Tomb, Shubolang Jharna, Nirvana City, Hill Village, and Kaptai Lake on a tour, with an overnight stay at Bargi Lake Valley.

Day 02:
After breakfast, you will embark on an exciting journey of exploring the scenic beauty of Kaptai Lake. The tour will include a visit to the Baradam Memorial Temple, where you can admire the unique architecture and learn about the history of the place. You will also get the opportunity to relax at the Bargang/Berainna Lakeshore Cafe and enjoy some delicious food.
Next, you will visit the Kaptai Navy Camp Picnic Spot, where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature and engage in some fun activities. The tour will also include a visit to the tourist suspension bridge, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
After a fun-filled day of sightseeing, you will be served a delicious lunch. Finally, as the tour comes to an end, our team will drop you off at the ghat, concluding your two-day experience of the Mawrum Boat life.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a tour, please send an email to hi.travelbd@gmail.com with the tour booking ID and details of the cancellation. The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation. The email will be considered as the final application for cancellation. Please note that a phone call to the Travel Bangladesh hotline number or any other team member of Travel Bangladesh will not be considered as a request for cancellation.

Refund Policy:
The following refund policy applies to bookings that are canceled:
-Full refund if the booking is canceled at least seven (7-15) days prior to the start of the experiences/tours.
-Eighty percent (80%) refund if the booking is canceled five (5-7) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
-Fifty percent (50%) refund if the booking is canceled one to three (3) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
-No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than fourty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the experience/tour.
Please note that all refunds, if applicable, will be processed within seven (7) working days.
